BEWI meeting – Cake competition

Pattisson Plate
Make a Victoria Sponge. Please present 2 slices of cake on a plate which is cling wrapped with your name on the underside of the plate.

Please also  provide a list of ingredients used to make the cake. This will be judged at the meeting and the
winner will be presented with the Pattisson Plate at the Fun Day in May.
