BEWI meeting
Tuesday 14th September
To ensure we all have a wonderful evening please read the following:
Everyone will be seated at a table.
Cheese and wine or soft drink will be served.
There will be a fun game with prizes!
Raffle tickets (National and BEWI) will be sold.
No speaker this time so lots of time to chat!
Please can you:
allow plenty of space when queuing to sign in
wear your name badge
bring a plate/knife/glass/pen/hand sanitizer
sign up for events and rotas
bring some change for the raffle tickets
wear a mask if you wish.
Please do not come to the meeting if you are feeling unwell or feel uncomfortable returning to the hall, we understand.
So we know how many tables and chairs we need, please send Ruth an email to say you are attending.
