BEWI meeting

7pm in the Village Hall

To ensure we all have a wonderful evening please read the following:

Everyone will be seated at a table and you will be served a glass of mulled wine or soft drink and a choice of sweet Christmas treats.

Our speaker is Judy Theobald ‘Christmas and other problems’

BEWI Raffle tickets will be sold.

Please can you:

allow plenty of space when queuing to sign in and then take your seat, please minimise movement around the hall.

wear your name badge and a wonderful Christmas jumper

bring a plate and small mug

bring some change for the raffle tickets

wear a mask when moving around.

The committee are taking rapid lateral flow tests and would respectfully request you do the same. Here is the link for ordering the tests. Please don’t hesitate to ask us if you need help

Please do not come to the meeting if you are feeling unwell or feel uncomfortable returning to the hall, we understand.
