In the last year 22,000 women have joined the WI and 59 new WIs have been formed. So for an organisation that was formed 110 years ago this September, we must be doing something right. The WI is the UK’s biggest and most powerful women’s organisation so let’s keep working together to improve lives for women. It’s not all high-powered meetings, we all love having a chat over a coffee. Whether you join a small WI or one of the larger groups in our area, we hope you will find things to enjoy.
